  • Not professional. They broke my tv my vase and they left my kind size bed frame so I’ll have to buy a new bed frame since there’s no way I can go get that. I messages them trying to come to a resolution for all my broken items and they told me I’m lying on them trying to get money back like sir I paid you to move my things professionally If I wanted my things broke my 4 ft 11 behind would have moved it myself He was so disrespectful in the messages and blamed me for everything. Told me I was lying about my frame still being at the last location but I have pictures of it still being there like literally why would I lie And he was soooo rude to the mover that helped him calling him out his name saying he gone fight him and screaming we had to tell him to quiet down and asked why was he talking to him like that! So yup. I’m out of a tv, a vase, and a whole king size bed frame just for using these movers. He made me pay him 200 extra through Zelle too

    As we discussed previously you had movers got to 4 different locations that weren't on the schedule. You only booked two hours and you handled it with the movers when the time went over. The tv was shown on a wall 4 days later and wasn't damaged during the move have a nice day mam
