Careem and Drew were amazing! They arrived before my scheduled time, communicated that with me, and waited while I was still enroute. They made the unloading as seamless as possible, given the circumstances and issues my building was having with their elevators on that particular day. I had about a studio-1 BR worth of stuff, and everything was safely unloaded and moved in less than 2 hours (mostly due to the elevator issues).
