  • They did not complete the move. They left behind many large items that my spouse and I could not move. They disassembled some furniture and lost the screws so now we have to replace the screws and other parts. They damaged one of our garage shelves and refrigerator and then blamed the workers that unloaded our truck even though I showed them a picture of it as soon as the unloaders saw it on the truck. They took constant breaks and it took them 4 hours to load up 2 rooms. It was a horrible experience and now we have to drive back 8 hours this weekend AGAIN to bring the rest of the items back to our new home. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

    Wow this is a surprise. Your daughter was notified when the screws were left by the paint cans and there were not any large items left behind. This is the first hearing about any items left. As for the damages, like I mentioned they were not done by us and the pictures you sent me, the items were unloaded already. They took the fridge from the opposite side and the shelves were perfectly fine when you saw them before your 400+ mile trip. If you were so unhappy why the large tip? You also mentioned the unload crew on the other side showed you damages when they removed items but not before they touched them. We are being blamed for them being incompetent and you believing it. This review is very unfair and before we left you assured us a 5 star review but now this. Everything you mentioned is not true. I have never wrote anything like this back to a customer but if you are to lie like this I have to defend myself and company. This is absolutely absurd and I hope something can be done.
