• The movers were kind, efficient, and quick when it came to loading and lifting our belongings. However, unfortunately, the packing quality was disappointing. The truck was packed poorly, with fragile items clearly labeled but positioned inefficiently and without adequate care. Upon arrival, our receiving movers were alarmed by how the truck had been packed and specifically asked who had handled it. After unloading, we discovered several broken items, including glassware, handmade pottery, a coffee mug, a glass vase, a glass container, and a wine glass. We paid for professional packing services and expected our belongings to be protected during transit. We have submitted the issue through Moving Help’s Issue Resolution service and are waiting to hear back regarding compensation. While the movers were pleasant and worked quickly, the packing quality and resulting damage were well below our expectations.

• Zoe and Cliff were great! Moving is already stressful enough. So to have them as my movers was a weight off my shoulders. We did have a slight late start however Zoe communicated this to be ahead of time so I was able to schedule the U-Haul pickup accordingly. The care and thoughtfulness they put into transporting my items is enough to recommend Zoe and his crew for your next move!
