  • The movers were incredibly careless with my things. They broke glass while packing up my kitchen, did not listen or follow any directions, I told them several times not to load several items, that they ignored completely. And ended up packing up ANYWAYS then when I pointed this out to them several times PRIOR to them loading the Ubox They just shrugged me off like there was nothing that could be done. They packed up everything NO CARE OR CONSIDERATION throwing things in hastily like garbage and with zero disregard on making sure disassembled items were packed properly and together. Didn’t even pack the UBOX by each room preferring instead to go by their own random order. Making it impossible for me to even access or get to the items I repeatedly told them not to pack up. Ive been forced to spend over $200 in residual cost just to compensate for their carelessness would not recommend to anyone.

    We are sorry your are not please . Since the beginning you show us a red flag when you thought that paying for uboxs delivery and load means that we are packing your items as well and we are providing the packing materials plus the lock for the uboxs. We pointed out what the service is delivery and load or unload .packing is usually done by customer you wanted our service . You not been present makes you not knowing exactly where they put your stuff . They don't brake anything . Unmaunting walls damages from srews is not our responsibility . They mentioned the damages that your bed had before they brake down . They took good care of you and you even tip them after they had to do another addional uboxs for you . The movers care of your belongings . Uboxs shown on pictures where well packed . Since the first call we where polite and explained the service .Made suggestions to be prepared like TVs on a box's which you decided not to buy. They even unload items at the end you decide to keep

  • FANTASTIC movers- they expertly and carefully fit everything into our Ubox. Everything arrived in one piece and in the same condition even with a cross-countrh move because of how well they packed everything in.
