  • The person who showed up was very professional and did a great job. But I paid for two people and only got one without it ever being addressed by the business owner. The one person got it done, but I had to decide to either help or go over time. We also missed the ability to rent a cart at my storage place due to the delay, which then took longer. It was a last minute request but I still wish I had been told up front that it wasn’t going to be two people so I could make other arrangements. I’m starting the week in a lot of pain bc I’m disabled and hired help because lifting anything at all aggravates me knee and back pain. I feel like I’m due a partial refund. I’d tip the helper because he did an incredible job with the time we had. But I don’t feel confident that it would go directly to the person who actually did the work.
