  • The two gentlemen that I hired to move a heavy bed (and that was all) could not lift the bed and dropped it and broke it. The guy who dropped it explained he couldn't do anything because he was a felon. While they were dragging it across my floor, the ripped up the new vinyl flooring. My bed is a sleep number 360 bed and very pricey (10 grand) and the person who was running things has not done anything to rectify the incident. He has told he was sending people over to fix them, and nobody shows. He has offered me 150 for the damage and that doesn't cover my bed damage. I asked for his insurance information, and he stated he does not have any. They have made me sit and wait for someone to fix it, but nobody ever shows up. I am the one that reaches out to them...and now this will have to be a court situation. Please DO NOT hire these movers. You will be completely dissatisfied, and they only care about the money.
