• This company gives a 3 hour window for arrival, like a cable company. I was told that the arrival time would be between 11-2 and that the movers may be a little before 11 or a little after. I misunderstood thinking that she meant that our move time was between 11-2. Our movers didn't arrive for almost two hours. There was no communication to let us know what was going on until I called them. When I called to clarify she said that the arrival time was between 11-2. I freely admit that I misunderstood, but if I had any idea that the movers wouldn't be there around 11 and we could be waiting up to 3 hours I would have never booked with them. The movers almost didn't seem to want to be there, though they did warm up after a few hours. I was worried we may not get our truck back in time but we did. The mover were excellent at loading the truck. They were very efficient and got the job done. If you don't mind waiting for your movers like you wait for your cable guy you will be fine with them
