• The most disappointing part of my experience wasn't the miscommunication regarding the final cost of my move, but rather how management chose to handle my concerns. When I reached out for clarification about the unused time I had already paid for, I expected professionalism, understanding, and a willingness to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Instead of addressing my concerns with respect and professionalism, the manager spoke to me in an overly familiar, dismissive, and unprofessional manner, as though he were having a disagreement with a friend rather than speaking to a paying customer. Customer service isn't just about providing a service when everything goes smoothly. It's about how you treat customers when there's a misunderstanding or an issue that needs to be resolved. As a customer, I shouldn't have to explain why I'm frustrated to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

• The guys were so helpful. Initially they called to ask if they could come another day because they were running behind. Unfortunately, we couldn't be flexible...but THEY were! They were so kind, so helpful and it was WELL worth every penny to use the moving help through Uhaul. We made sure to tip our guys during the 110 degrees and they didn't stop. They worked so hard and new how to jenga our items to make everything fit! Thank you! I'll use you again for sure!
