  • The two movers that were sent to us were not knowledgeable how to pack a truck. They often talked about how to lift up something and they had to figure out about How they were going to pack the next item. They were very slow and wasted time. We have moved twice before with professional movers. These movers, I to pay them another hour Because as seniors, we were helpless to finish the job They did not finish the moving job in the timeframe allotted, even though that previous movers did so for us With the same amount of items. These were not experienced movers. They did not fill The moving truck to the top as they should have done. It was a waste of our money. We had to call in family members to finish Moving the other half of items for the move. To us, it was a nightmare! Never again. I asked them how to pay for the extra hour, and they referred me to a Venmo, which I did not have set up. They should’ve referred me to the website to do so.

  • Over communicate everything with this crew. I asked for all furniture to be wrapped, it was only drapped with furniture blankets after it was in the truck. Parts for beds were not kept with the beds and beds were not reinstalled. Crew got in a hurry and banged up corners on house and furniture.

    Hello Ms. Dorothy we sincerely apologize for this experience but you must include all details, all of the bedroom furniture was already pre damaged in which we took before and after photos, which we made you aware of prior to moving any furniture. Also you not only downsized from an extra big home with double wide doors that accommodated perfectly for all of the oversized furniture that the Prevail team had to transport without proper prior description, to an acute sized home with extra skinny hallways which caused majority of the oversized furniture to not be able to fit, but you also under described the move which caused the team to be in undead conditions also you prompted for the team to rush through the unload because there was not enough time booked for the entire move. You also declined pack and wrap services prior to the move but requested the services during the move which used up a few hours.
