• Overall happy with the help I received. The two guys who showed up were hard workers, efficient, and did a great job securing and packing everything in to the truck. They did show up about 15m late with no heads-up (although they stayed 20m+ late to finish up without being asked). Still, I would be happy to use them again, especially given the extremely competitive pricing. My main issue was the fact that I initially received a confirmation email with an incorrect address. When I replied to that email address (which is also listed as the contact on their website) I got a bounce back stating email invalid. I then tried calling two separate numbers listed online, one of which was dead and the other just went to an AI voice assistant who said to make the change on their website, which does not support updating an address. I was starting to question if the company was a real outfit until I found a 3rd number online which connected me to a real person. This should be corrected.
