  • Inexperienced guys. Do not know how to load a truck. Ended up leaving a quarter of our belongs behind. We now need to make a special trip to collect our items from Spruce Grove to Nanaimo and back. Expensive and unnecessary. As items were loaded improperly much of our furniture was damaged. The load shifted towards the back making it difficult to open the door. Also these two guys were 2 hours and ten minutes late. Thanks alot for nothing!

  • Communication could have been better as confirmation of arrival did not come until very late the night before. Also they were late arriving as a result but that did not cause a problem as I had made sure I did not have to return the truck until several hours after they were to have started. Actual movers were very good. I have some very heavy solid cherry furniture that they moved cautiously and were able to lift and place it. Workers also worked quite hard and diligently. I was quite prepared with access cleared, and smaller items already removed from the truck so they were able to move quite quickly. Overall a good experience and much better than than the crew that loaded the truck the day before.
