The team confirmed the date and time in advance. Everyone I talked to was very kind and professional prior to the moving date. However, on the day of the move, the team was over 2 hours late. Further, they did not notify me that they would be arriving 2 hours late until they were already 30 minutes late. I understand they got caught up at another move, but I felt this was poor communication to only notify me 30 minutes after the confirmed start time and that they should've left the move prior to mine at the set time. Once they arrived, the team worked hard and did a great job securing my items.
