The movers arrived 2.5 hours later than the scheduled time, which I consider completely unacceptable. Moving requires careful planning and coordination, and such a significant delay disrupts the entire day. I understand that unexpected situations can happen and that some delays are reasonable, but arriving 2.5 hours late shows a serious lack of punctuality and consideration for the customer’s time. The movers were very kind and did a good job, but I believe it is important to highlight the punctuality issue, especially when customers organize their entire day around a scheduled move.
