• The two helpers were genuinely nice guys — polite, friendly, and willing to work. That said, they didn't seem to know how to move things properly. My Frigidaire freezer (less than a year old) got scratched and dented when they forced it across a door jamb instead of angling it through, and the door frame took damage too. I've filed a claim for the freezer.. Also, I watched them try to load a washer and dryer into my laundry room for over 45 minutes because they put the wrong one in 1st. Finally they took my advise and removed the Dryer and load the washer in 1st and then the Dryer. If you're hiring them, they're good-natured but I'd make sure someone experienced is directing the tricky pieces

• I received a text that morning letting me know they were on their way and when they should arrive. They arrived on time. Both were very professional and hard working. They were so careful moving our stuff and nothing was damaged.
