The two young men that were sent out to help us, were very nice and respectful. They carefully loaded and unloaded all my daughter's belongings with care. They even helped us close and lock up the U-Haul truck. Thank you!

The two young gentlemen that helped would benefit from training. How to use common moving products and tools would be beneficial for services offered. They both has a great attitude but were not prepared with enough fuel to go across town, which I got billed for them not being ready. Not a big deal but it would have been good for them to at least be honest about not using the whole two hours when they really did work for 1.5 hours.
