• I was able to find and book the movers for a last minute move for a 12p. It was originally to load two locations into the truck, however they did not arrive until almost 2. Because of that, I had to load the first location myself & meet them at the second. They had to reorganize the truck since we had to load ourselves and began loading from the second location. They told me that I was supposed to provide straps and other moving materials, and made several remarks about the furniture and boxes that needed to be moved. Due to the late start, I had to get on the road late and was not able to check the truck at our destination. The next day as the new movers unloaded, we found the dresser’s legs to be broken off and several other things that were damaged or broken because of the way it was loaded. They said that I shouldn’t have been able to book based on what their availability was for the day & honestly I wish they wouldve declined so that I could have received more professional service

We understand you were pressed for time and began loading the first location before meeting us at the second, where our team reorganized the truck and continued loading. As discussed, straps and protective materials were to be supplied by you for your out-of-town move. Since those materials were unavailable, we provided blankets to help protect your televisions. Regarding the reported damage, we did not observe any broken items during our work, so we cannot confirm when or how the damage occurred. Please share photos and details directly so we can review your concerns. We also regret that any comments from our crew came across as unprofessional. We appreciate your business and are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations.
