Absolutely unacceptable experience! Despite communicating with Collin prior to our move, 3 other men performed the work. Before beginning, I instructed them to wrap ALL furniture using the 48 blankets I provided. Unfortunately the majority remained unused! Furniture was loaded without protection. Our 1,000-pound toolbox was unsecured, our TV box crushed, all 5 pieces of my office furniture damaged, a nightstand leg shattered, and TV trays destroyed. Bed hardware was scattered throughout the truck. Our unloading crew called it the WORST packing job they'd ever seen! To add insult to injury, I purchased U-Haul's SafeMove coverage, only to learn improper loading wasn't covered in that policy. Even the movers don't understand the coverage! I contacted Collin afterward, giving him the opportunity to make things right. Apparently, keeping the charged fee was more important than making it right after destroying our personal belongings. Save yourself the money and hire anyone else.

We've completed 25 consecutive 5-star moves before this feedback. We apologize this move didn't meet that standard. We offered to make it right.

Very professional and excellent communication. Great service I would definitely use Colin and his team again. They took time to put things where we asked, even moved after placement. Personable and attentive

Collin and his team performed excellent service loading multiple furniture items in fewer U-Box containers than I originally ordered. He was accommodating in response to sudden requests and changes in the moving arrangements. I highly recommend Thoroughbred’s services.

Chandler, thank you so much for the 5-star review! U-Boxes are all about that Tetris game - glad we could get you into fewer containers than you ordered and save you money on that end. I know the arrangements changed last minute, appreciate you being flexible and letting us adjust. Thanks for recommending Thoroughbred's - we appreciate you! - Collin
