• The crew was friendly, but the overall experience could have been better. They arrived 15 minutes late and took approximately one hour to unload, yet I was charged for three hours (which is how long I requested because I didn’t know how long it would take, thought it may be adjusted). The team again seemed to lack a clear strategy, and communication among the movers and with us as clients needs improvement. We had to repeatedly explain where items should go, which made the process less efficient than it could have been. Better coordination, attention to instructions, and communication would have made for a smoother experience. The workers were provided cash tips upon job completion ($20 per person per hour).

• The movers worked quickly, but the overall experience was disappointing. More workers arrived than expected, which was fine, but professionalism and communication could have been much better. When my husband answered the door, one worker simply said ‘bathroom’ without introducing himself. Another asked where the nearest trash can was to dispose of something that appeared to have blood on it, which was concerning. The crew seemed to lack coordination and a clear strategy. Getting our couch out of the house became a significant struggle, resulting in damage to our walls, doorway, and couch. Better planning, teamwork, and care in handling our belongings would have made a big difference. We provided lunch, snacks, and beverages and tipped the crew in cash. While we appreciated their speed and effort, the lack of professionalism, communication, and care detracted from the experience.
