  • Will & Q were very efficient in loading my storage pods and were very good at optimizing the space to make everything fit perfectly. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

  • Shone and Nissen were are laborers. Nissen was by himself for the first hour which meant my son had to assist and assisted the entire move. Mostly boxes were loaded since Nissen couldn't carry furniture downstairs by himself, which caused us to make 2 trips once Shone showed up. It took 3 hours to load and one hour to offload which shouldn't have been the outcome. I had to call the office to demand they extend the time for the other laborer since we lost labor power for an hour and there was no way one person could bring furniture upstairs! They stated they would call me back but never did. I called the office again and they extended Nissen's time sp we could finish. We should NOT have had to assist with the entire move!! My son's body completely locked up until he began vomiting. I'm extremely displeased!!!!!
