  • It took several attempts to reach a live representative to confirm my appointment. Although I received an automated confirmation through AI, I was unable to speak with an actual person until just a few days before the scheduled move and only because I continued reaching out. The arrival time kept changing so I ended up moving half of my storage unit myself. When the first mover arrived, he smelled strongly of a substance and was unfriendly which raised concerns about his professionalism. Fortunately, the second mover was extremely professional, hardworking, and efficient. Had it not been for his efforts, an already challenging move would have been even more difficult. Overall, the lack of communication and inconsistent quality of service made this a disappointing experience. The second mover deserves recognition for his professionalism and strong work ethic.
