This review does not reflect the service we provided. Kingsize Haulers & Contractors takes pride in professionalism and customer service. We requested photos and an inventory because certain items were not covered under our insurance policy and required additional arrangements. The customer also wanted to avoid renting a larger truck and was unsure everything would fit. These requests were for planning, accountability, and safety. No arrival time was scheduled because we were awaiting this information, so we were not late. After the customer removed those items from the move, I personally joined two crew members to assist. Despite waiting nearly an hour for a tire replacement and working in unsanitary conditions, our three person crew stayed approximately two hours beyond the paid service time and helped load an additional truck. The customer thanked us throughout. We went above and beyond and stand by our professionalism and service.
