  • Crew was great. They were so fast that we finished early but I had no problem whatsoever with paying for full two hours. My fault not theirs! I tipped in cash

  • While movers were loading boxes on a dolly inside my apartment to take to the truck, they knocked over several boxes and my toolbox. They also loaded the truck in an almost careless manner without any sort of organization to ensure my contents would not be damaged. While unloading the truck at the destination, pieces of my bedframe had fallen off the dolly the movers were transporting and scraped against the side of the storage unit. I also observed several items were damaged after they had already been unloaded from the truck into the storage unit. I didn’t know that I had the option of not providing the payment code when they were done as I have only used this service once before, but now I wish that I had not. This company will not treat your items with care and respect. My items have survived moves from North Carolina to Missouri to Virginia, but didn’t survive being moved across the James. Either move items yourself, or hire an actual professional company.

Sir when you book with us it says to pack and wrap all your items before we come to move. You did not have anything packed, boxes were opened and items were thrown in the box any kind of way. Your furniture was not wrapped nor had no protection on it, everything we put in the truck never moved the entire trip. Please tell the truth because it did not happen like how you are saying at all. Nothing was packed or wrapped and tried to rush and throw things in boxes to do a load and unload in a unbelievable short amount of time
