Had some issues with the person trying to verify the work request. Hard to get in touch with, and didn't return texts or voice mail. She finally answered one of my calls and we worked out the discrepancies of the order. On the other hand the movers that helped unload the truck were OUTSTANDING. They were very respectful of my home and belongings. They were quick, accommodating, efficient and very helpful in getting the furniture in EXACTLY the right spot.
