One of the guys (the owner) was in good spirits and was ready, the other guy started out strong but puttered out after the first hour and a half. This ended up overworking the other guy and I had to help him finish just packing up the things that I expected them to transport. The first guy stood around for hours waiting for the owner to finish loading. He broke down two sleigh beds without communicating where the screws and other hardware was placed. I tried calling to get that information with no luck. The owner stated I feel bad, I’m going to discount you, but I will come back tomorrow with a new guy to finish the unload. This never happened, nor did I ever receive proper communication that he would not be able to complete the job after it had been paid. I had to pay another moving service to unload the truck.

The guys were great and had their own equipment which helps them with the loads. We finished unloading on time! Quick tip; try to keep the phones away while on the job or use earphones if you have to take scheduling calls. Specially while on the clock.
