• If I could rate zero stars, I would. When the movers arrived, one was eating a cup of beans (which he left as trash in my front yard). They asked no questions when I directed them to the items that needed to be moved. I paid for two hours of help, but at 45 minutes in the movers started to talk amongst themselves about how ‘bullshit’ it was that they had to move all of these things. Eventually, I became so uncomfortable that I asked them if there was an issue. The mover who claimed to own the business, then started yelling at me and told us that there was no way they could get the job done. I asked if there was anyway they could chat with me about this in a professional manner and he continued to yell in my home. I asked him if we could end the job after an hour because of his lack of professionalism and hostility in my home. I am incredibly unsatisfied with the work that was done as the truck was only half filled. We couldn’t fit everything in the truck due to the poor packing job.
