Before they arrived, I would have to be the one to reach out after hours of no communication from the company. While they were moving certain items, things were falling. I requested for them to place a table and my couch into my unit first and that was not done. I also asked the movers to place certain bins so the side as they were priority to access in my unit and that did not happen either. I will have to undo the packing they did to access these bins, put them aside, and redo the whole unit.
