  • More like 5 star ripoff BEWARE The movers themselves were great, very helpful, professional, and I was happy with the actual moving service. Unfortunately, I had a serious issue with the owner and the payment. At the end of the job, the owner called me and told me I had to pay him directly and in full because Moving Help would not be paying him. That turned out not to be true. Moving Help had already charged me in advance for the service, meaning I ended up being charged twice—once through Moving Help and once directly by the owner. The owner answered every call leading up to receiving my direct payment. Once I contacted him with the details showing that I had been charged twice, he stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I would have gladly given the movers themselves a great review, but being double-charged and then ignored when trying to resolve it is completely unacceptable. I am still waiting for my duplicate payment to be refunded.

  • 5 star, was a day saver! After having a terrible Experience with CL movers we were able to get an appointment with 5 star movers for the same day and they were awesome! Highly recommend.
