Very pleasant and polite, stayed focused on the task. Each piece was placed where I asked with great attention to detail.

I asked them to move the bases of the bed using 2 people. They’re heavy and if dropped the motor could break. Instead I was told I move these all the time. The mattress can’t be folded or the tubing breaks and even after being asked not to and given the reason why they folded the bed while moving it. I just hope a 11k+ bed hasn’t been ruined.
