• The team was great to work with. Our move-in time was adjusted, and the team was able to work with us and get us moved in earlier.

• This was not a good experience. Before arriving (about 30 minutes prior) we texted the movers to confirm the time They were 55 minutes late. At the end of a fairly good move our printer was dropped and destroyed by one of the movers. Because we requested an official verification that we would be reimbursed the lead guy became irate. We never intended not to pay or release the payment code for their work because there was no question about hard they worked. We only wanted to know what process we would go through to ensure reimbursement took place. We sent them on their way with the payment code and no assurance because they began removing our belongings from the storage unit. The work two of the helpers put in was as unmatched as was the lack of professionalism they exhibited after they destroyed our printer and we expressed our concerns. We only needed instruction as to how and to whom to file our claim. It was important that we share our personal experience with this company.
