• Very bad service — would not recommend. Movers arrived at 12 noon and were working but extremely slowly, clearly dragging their time instead of completing the job. At 1;40 PM they stopped and took a break. One worker said they were required to take a 15 minute break by law, but the break lasted until 2;12 PM, totaling 32 minutes. No work was done and I ended up some items myself. I had to text the owner asking where the crew were. When they returned, they continued working slowly and moved only 3 items before saying the truck was full and they were finished. They demanded full payment and said they had to leave. I called Mohammed, the owner, and asked him to do something. He did not listen and only wanted his money. Customer service was rude and dismissive and said you get what you get, they are independent movers. I am stuck with a partially loaded truck and items still in storage that I now have to move again. Completely disappointed.
