The job got done, but they arrived almost 2 hours late, had an emergency and had to leave which is understandable, but communication was not good. Came back to finish the job a couple hours after dealing with said emergency. And when they came back they estimated the job would only take about an hour and a half to finish. The job that was supposed to start at 8am did not wrap up until 11pm. Very poor communication throughout the day, and the movers lacked time management. They were nice but overall I would not recommend them or hire them again for a move. The whole day was pretty long and frustrating.
