• A couple of weeks ago I reserved this co for 2 hrs of work from 9-11 AM on a Sat. Fri eve I was informed that if I still wanted to use the co, the job could not be be started until 1030-11 AM. I agreed 2 the delay because although I had many boxes that I could probably handle, I also had around 8-10 items that were very heavy & needed help with (I'm 65 years old w cancer & daily pain). Sat AM, I was told the job could not be started until maybe 2 PM. I was stuck at this point. I was alone & needed the help. However, I needed the job completed because I had commitments to get to in the afternoon. With much trepidation, I carried as many items 2 my 2nd floor apt as possible before I was exhausted & reached my pain limit. By the time the co arrived, most of the items except the most heavy were moved by me . I ended paying $400 for 40 min. I thought perhaps I could get a $ break since it was the the co that changed the time twice. That was a no go & unfortunate. I am very disappointed.

• The movers did a great job with my move. Everything was loaded carefully into the U-Haul U-Box, and nothing shifted or collapsed during the move. My belongings arrived without any damage or scratches, and there was still enough room for me to add a few more things afterward. I especially appreciate how hard they worked to carry a large, heavy desk. It was clearly not an easy job, but they handled it and got everything safely loaded. Thank you for your hard work and for taking care of my belongings. I really appreciate your help with my move!
