    I want to clarify a few points regarding the service I understand that you expected the entire move to be completed within the reserved time but it was necessary to consider the amount of belongings the available space and the working conditions The schedule was previously adjusted with you I arrived at approximately 11 05 AM and the other workers arrived around 1110 AM so there was no significant delay You reserved two hours with two helpers however I brought three helpers to help complete the work more quickly From the beginning I explained that due to the amount of belongings more than one trip or additional time would likely be necessary The home had three bedrooms, two beds numerous boxes and large pieces of furniture The work was performed using a 15foot truck which has limited capacity In addition several boxes were open overfilled or contained fragile items so they could not be stacked carelessly without risking damage The work was also performed
