  • I chose Love Collective Ventures because of all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. They initially rescheduled because of the rain, which I understood. When they arrived, one mover talked about drinking mimosas before coming to work, and I could smell alcohol on both movers’ breath. They were also arguing while moving my belongings. During the move, they damaged my couch while taking it through a doorway. It was not damaged beforehand. On the way to my new home, they drove off and I lost them. They arrived about 20 minutes after I did, costing me time I was paying for. Around 3 PM, they began rushing me because they needed to leave. I ended up helping unload the truck and carry my own belongings inside. Overall, this was far from professional. My couch is damaged, time was wasted, and I’m extremely disappointed. I’m now waiting to see if they will take responsibility and offer a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
