  • They text they were going to be late but arrival time was to be at 11am. They were 18 minutes late. Not a huge deal they had to travel which I didn’t know beforehand. They didn’t have their tools they forgot them. Good thing my husband packed some. Unfortunately I shelled out $300 because I could only book 2 hours and it only took barely an hour. Which I knew was going to be the case. I just wish that could have been an option. Hopefully the movers can get the extra hours worth of money paid.
