  • They were 1 hour and 39 minutes late for my appointment time. I had to bring my furniture to the door for them to load.they refused to load one of my furniture cause someone said they seen some roaches on it .then we got to delivery site.the dark skin driver asked me to give him my personal code that was assigned to my name with uhaul. Then he stayed back and tried to gossip with the uhaul clerk he had never met before after I paid them.

    Customer called three different times changing the time for the move and while moves was building the truck customer start to drag miscellaneous items to the door and demanded the movers to load the truck her way. During the walk through the movers noticed feces and urine everywhere also noted that the large couch was damp and it had a very strong smell of urine the entire back of couch was infested with rodents. Also noted that feces was on the customer clothes.
