The movers arrived a hour late but communicated they were stopped for a broken brake light. During the move they were prompt and finished on time. But they weren’t knowledgeable or taking account to how to properly load and secure my beds which left one of the full headboard horribly damaged and a brand new bedset with cosmetic scratches. I also had to pull over 5 times on my trip to try to secure my load and I’m a 100 llb woman. I’ll never use U-Haul services for movers again
