• There was an issue with picking up the U-Box at the U-Haul location on the day of the move, and communication was spotty. I had to reach out multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once I got in contact with someone in direct contact with the movers, things went a lot more smoothly. We were able to figure out a solution and complete the move, so they're willing to work with you. The actual movers were extremely nice and helpful, and they did their job quickly and efficiently. Overall, my experience with this company worked out, and I would say the main issue lied in the U-Haul location rather than with the moving company themselves.

• The initial communication was ok but it’s clear they did not understand the assignment and were not prepared to move and pack a Ubox from a fourth floor walk up.. 2 moderately experienced people showed up to do the job. These are not real movers. They broke and damaged my items as well as the walls of the building. I repeatedly had to tell them things were fragile. The way they packed my boxes was truly incompetent, I was in disbelief. I wish I would post a photo. Movers weren’t actually able to move all of my furniture. The next day I had to hire real professional movers to repack my boxes so that my items didn’t incur further damage in transport. I asked for reimbursement and they stopped talking to me.
