  • Extremely frustrating experience. I originally requested a 4 PM start time because I knew keys wouldn't be available until 4.30 PM, but their dispatch team pushed me to move it to 3 PM instead, assuring me it wouldn't be an issue. Because of their early arrival, we couldn't actually start moving things in until the keys were handed over at 4.30 PM, leaving a severely compressed window. They went about 25 minutes over, and instead of taking accountability for the scheduling mess their team forced, they billed me for a full extra hour. Terrible customer service and zero willingness to stand by their clients. Avoid if you want transparent pricing and fair management
