  • I reserved the 2 movers for 3pm to meet at my storage facility. They both did not show up and person I was communicating with was less than helpful in providing a realistic time for the movers to show up. I was pressed for time since I had to return the Uhaul truck back to the location the same day at 7pm. So I had no choice but to beg some other moving men at the storage to help me move the heavier items to truck and I gave them a generous tip. Once I got the items in truck, I had my friend help me unload everything into my garage. There was 1 piece left in the truck which I was planning to give to my friend and bring it to her apartment. I asked that 2 movers to meet us at my friend's apartment and all they had to do was move this 1 couch from Uhaul truck to her apartment. They finally showed up at 6-15pm and it was a man and woman, both incoherent. They were not dressed properly, wearing flipflops and man's shorts kept falling down. It took awhile to get couch to apartment.

  • You really need to be more serious about sticking to the agreed-upon time; unpunctuality causes chaos during a move, especially since apartment complexes have rules and schedules that must be respected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your services.
