  • The guys that came were amazing. They were professional, courteous, and handled everything as it was their own.

  • Took the entire 2 hours to move boxes, a bedroom set and 3 piece sectional. They decided to use the elevator instead of stairs that were closer to the apartment which took a lot of time.

We are sorry you felt the move took longer than expected. We do want to clarify that the move included disassembling items before they could be safely moved, including the bedroom set and sectional, which naturally added time to the process. Our team always works as quickly and efficiently as possible while making sure furniture and belongings are handled properly and safely. Our goal is always to save our customers both time and money while providing careful and professional service. The elevator was also used as part of the moving process to safely transport the items. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide efficient and reliable service to every customer.
