  • The communication on the day of the move was extremely disappointing. The movers were late and it took me following up to hear from them and they produced an ETA that was grossly incorrect. And as they promised to follow up in 15-30 min intervals, they did not do so. I was continually seeking updates. Ultimately, they were over 4 hours late to my location to begin packing. I had a 6 hour U-haul Rental and had paid for 4 hours of labor. When the movers finally arrived, they were efficient and polite but it can’t make up for the delay.
