  • I initially spoke with the lead mover and sent him pictures of what I needed moving. At that time, he asked if he could communicate by text during the move and I said texting back and forth does not work for me. He scheduled the move to start at 330pm. He texted me at 335pm to say he was at my address but waiting on his partner despite me telling him that texting back and forth would not work earlier. At that point I responded to please call when he was ready and please do not text. During the move, I showed them the storage units on the 7th floor and then we came to my apartment on the 11th floor. I showed them where everything went. At that time, I told them that both rugs went on top of two wardrobe closets. There was a third wardrobe closet with shoes and a projector on top, but the rugs did not go on it, just the two wardrobe closets that had nothing on top. When the lead mover's helper placed the rugs on the wardrobe closets, he pushed the projector off and it fell.

  • Justin and his crew were very professional and helpful with the move. I was seriously impressed with how efficient they worked together in loading my belongings onto the truck.
