Absolutely horrible. They damaged high end furniture, one piece is not even salvageable. They also left drag marks on the floor. I provided 2 dozen furniture pads, a furniture dolly, green plastic wrap, and tie down rope; they didn’t seem to know how any of it worked. They were also late, worked slow and caused me to be late for my unloading team.

Earl and Niel at our second unloading location were the best. They got the job done quickly. Efficiently and with time to spare. Overall both did great. Although since hiccups with time they did a great job.
