    After several attempts at trying to arrive at a mutual date to meet and assess the alleged damages a time and date was arrived at The dates that were offered were Oct 7th, Oct 9th Oct 20th and Oct 20th which was the date that was settled on Asked the customer what his intent was and he said he wanted three items removed from storage room to assess the alleged damages Arrived at the location and our original crew helpers removed times in question Ping Pong table was wrapped in plastic but had NO padding around it for protection. The 2 or 3 insignificant ding or nicks on the edges of the table could have been caused during transit, normal use or even when it was loaded on the truck The sofa and love seat was 5 years old and customer demonstrated that the arms were wobbly and possibly the reclining motors MIGHT not work properly because 1 was put on its side but had NO power at unit to check All in all cannot definitifly determine cause customer made offer accepted case closed
