  • We purchased the Alliance Mover’s company to assist us in a tough time moving from out of state to Maryland. Amain the owner was rude and very irritated because our apartment building wouldn’t move the trash cans at the loading dock at 10 am. Which was the time he changes on us last min, however the worst part was him complaining about the long walk from the dock to my apartment door. Nevertheless, his helper was compliant, kind, and the only one of the two who moved us in. We were left with items left in the truck due to Amain keeping his promise that the time started at 10am no matter what.

    You agreed to change our start time from 1030am to 10am. We arrived at 950am but loading dock restrictions delayed us until 1015am. We worked until approximately 1220pm and did not charge for the extra time. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with our service.
