• The movers did a good job once they arrived and worked hard. However, timing and communication were significant problems. We reserved three hours starting at eight in the morning, confirmed by text the day before. Just before the start time, they reported a slight delay because they needed to switch vehicles. Their arrival estimate moved to eleven in the morning, then two in the afternoon. They arrived after two, more than six hours late. I tried calling and texting, but there were long periods without a response. Unsure whether they would come, we unloaded a third to a fourth of the truck ourselves while waiting. They completed the remaining unloading in about two hours. I appreciate their hard work, but the delay and poor communication substantially disrupted our day and required us to keep the rental truck an extra day at additional cost.

• They were friendly and professional and communicated ETA several times. My possessions were carefully packed and secured for the one-way, 2-hour drive the following day. They worked hard to meet the unique needs I had to manage large furniture like my couch with small and medium boxes and small furniture pieces.
