  • We booked a 4 hour time block for loading up the van. The 2 movers worked very quickly, finishing in 2 hours, 15 minutes. Unfortunately, things were placed into the van somewhat precariously, and items moved a lot during transit. Considerable damage occurred to several items (a wooden table, a metal workbench table, a metal crib and other items). Subsequent texts with the company rep Sima to discuss the damage were acknowledged then ignored. Overall, we paid almost double for the time worked, and had several hundred dollars in damages incurred.
