We get to Hobe Sound, where we had scheduled to pick up the rental truck, and it was not available so we had to go to the Stuart store, which was an inconvenience and delayed our moving schedule. The customer service was very unpleasant, made me feel uncomfortable and like I was an inconvenience to her, snappy in answering questions. She also did not have the courtesy to let us know that the truck was not available and that we had to go to another location. I was very disappointed. Communication was very poor. The least they could of done was compensate us for something but they didn’t even have the courtesy to do anything for the inconvenience, we had people that were following us to help with the move, it was not only an inconvenience for us but for them as well.

karl pUnderstaffed enough that no one ever answers the phone. You receive an automated message telling you they are too busy to answer and they will call you back shortly. If tou are lucky enough to get the call, the woman on phone was short and curt. When you arrive to pick up rental, same bullshit, same waiting game, same attitude. A few texts back and forth, load your rental by yourself and send a picture of hitch back to someone.behind the orange curtain. Never met a human, had zero interaction and felt pretty impersonal, unlike every other U-Haul rental previously. Lady on phone even asked me what lot I was in to pick up rental. Clearly too many lots to actually care about customer service or repeat business. I will not rent here again.
JOHN TThe remote drop off option was very convenient. Office personnel was very accommodating and quick to process the return.
